The Lutz family of East Setauket, N.Y., which first found out on June 20 that they would be the recipients of a complete home remodeling courtesy of the ABC-TV program, was surprised on Sunday to find that Steiner Sports, the leader in sports memorabilia, had contributed several items to the home makeover for the devoted Yankees fans.
